About the Role:

As the Workforce and Capability Officer, you will play a key role in delivering workforce and capability initiatives that support organisational success. Working collaboratively across the business, you will lead and support projects focused on workforce planning, talent management, culture, performance, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion.

You will use workforce data and insights to inform decision-making, contribute to HR systems and process improvements, and help develop effective communication and change management strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while helping shape a high-performing and inclusive workplace.

Position Objectives:

  • Deliver workforce and capability initiatives, including culture development, talent management, succession planning, and performance frameworks.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of workforce programs and projects, managing planning, stakeholder engagement, risk, and reporting.
  • Support workforce planning and decision-making through data analysis, insights, and HRIS enhancements.
  • Develop and deliver communication, change management, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion initiatives to drive successful organisational outcomes.
  • Contribute to policy, procedure, and workforce practice improvements aligned with legislative requirements and best practice.
